Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, White Sands Directorate, White Sands Missile Range, NM 88002-5201 in support of the T&E/S&T Program Spectrum Efficient Technologies (SET) Focus Area working group is soliciting white papers and proposals for innovati ve research and development projects to provide new spectrum efficient technologies. Specifically, this Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) seeks applications and technologies that will result in advances in six key technical and support areas of Test and Evaluation telemetry operation in the L & S Band, 3-30 GHz frequency range, and alternative technologies such as Optical Communications.
