Description
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within the dates and time indicated will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete wi th this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. It is the Governments intent to negotiate a contract with Professional Thinking Partners of Park City, Utah, for their SMART WIRED PROGRAM, to provide all necessary labor and materials to develop, coordinate and execute a program focused on identifying and enhancin g childrens strengths and talents and creating a strong learning partnership between deployed parents and their children, within the European Command (EUCOM) locations. The program will contribute to the overall quality of life experienced by military fam ilies while assigned to EUCOM, to include development of written materials, training sessions, creation of collaborative hub portal website training programs, seminars and follow-up actions. The program will encompass up to 1000 families for children in g rades 2nd through 6th or ages 7-12, throughout the EUCOM community. Interested responsible firms may submit their proposal for consideration either electronically or by facsimile, to the Contracting Officer not later than close of business 22 July 2005, or seven calendar days from the date this notice is published, whichever is later. Proposals must include the following: 1) company name, address, CCR registration, POC names, phone numbers and email addresses, 2) a written plan describing your product to meet our requirements, the methodologies, product and delivery schedule and project management responsibilities, and 3) a list of up to three current or previous contracts to include POCs.
