Description

This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 ? THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. Funds are not currently available for this requirement. No award will be made unless funding becomes available. 45 CONS/LGCBB has an unfunded requirement for annual window cleaning service of the exterior, interior, roof atrium, interior atrium windows at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) facility located on Patrick Air Force Base Florida. Period of performance/expected delivery date is 1 Oct 2005 to 30 September 2006. Four one-year options may be awarded. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-04-T-0223 is issued as a Request for Quotation. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 7349, business size of 14 million and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561720. GSA Schedule holders for this item/service are encouraged to provide us with their GSA Schedule number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
