Description

This is a HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. NAICS Code: 236220. Annual Receipts: $28.5 million. Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies, and coordination required to construct/install new canopies at Base Entry Gates at Robins AFB, GA (Projects 031854W1, 031854W2, and 031854W4). The Government plans on awarding one gate as the basic contract and the other 2 gates as options on this contract. This requirement will be solicited as a competitive Hubzone set-aside in accordance with FAR 15. It is our intention to award a firm-fixed price contract by Request for Proposals. The estimated date for release of solicitation will be on or about 28 July 2005 with an estimated response date of 29 August 2005. The magnitude of this construction project (including options) is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The period of performance will be 53 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Copies of the solicitation will NOT be provided on compact disk (CD-ROM) or paper and can only be accessed on the website http://fedbizopps.gov/. The Government is not responsible for notifying potential offerors of changes to the solicitation. All changes, modifications, and other pertinent information will be posted on the website above for viewing. Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Contractor must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. This award is subject to availability of funds.
