- Description
- The intent of this solicitation is to solicit for engineering services in support of USAF requirements. Engineering assistance is needed to update the Component Obsolescence Analysis Tool (COAT) used by Robins AFB GA engineering and logistics staffs to support aging AN/ALQ-155, AN/ALQ-122 and AN/ALT-16 systems. The contractor shall assist in transitioning the COAT to to a web enabled platform accessable through the base's intranet. The primary place of performance for this effort shall be at Robins AFB Georgia. In addition, engineering services are required to flight test the prototype replacement Backwards Wave Oscillator (BWO) utilized in the AN/ALQ-155 systems. Location of testing is to be determined. Travel between contractor's facility, Robins AFB and test location(s) will be required. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit sole source from Northrop Grumman Corporation under contract F09603-03-D-0002 under the authority of FAR clause 6.302-1.
