- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number is F2J5245159A500 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 2005-04 dated 8 Jul 05. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The NAICS code is 334515 and the applicable size standard is 500 employees. The government seeks to purchase: 1. Two (2) each HP 8563E or 8563EC Spectrum Analyzers, frequency range 9 KHz to 26.5 GHz and displayed average noise level to +30 dbm range and 2. Three (3) each HP 8648A Synthesized Signal Generators, frequency range 100 KHz to 1 GHz, 0.001 frequency resolution. Items must be delivered to Keesler AFB MS, 39534 by 16 September 2005. Preferred delivery and acceptance point is FOB Destination. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall provide a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items with their offer, or complete On-Line Representations and Certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov/ The clause at 53.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ?
