Description

The 7th Contracting Squadron intends to proceed to award an 8(a) sole source acquisition to PERSPECTIVA Architecture, Engineering and Construction Services, 7380 Remcon Circle, El Paso, TX 79912. Contractor POC is Randy Blanton; Phone # (325) 695-0175. The requirement is to Repair/Alter Avionics Shop, Bldg 5005 @ Dyess AFB, TX. The forthcoming RFP document, Reference No: FA4661-05-R-0038, and all incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2001-06. This acquisition has a NAICS code of 236210, SIC of 1531, Employee Standard/Size Standard of $28.5, and FSC of Z299. Contractor must also be CCR registered to receive the aforementioned award. Construction/Commercial practices still apply. The expected Period of Performance will be from on/about 1 October 2005 thru 30 March 2006 ?OR- 180 days after award of contract. This Special Notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. There will be NO solicitation documents issued for the proposed action. Interested parties may identify their interest and respond to the Special Notice. The government will consider all expressions of interest received within twenty days (20) after date of publication of this Special Notice. A determination by the Government NOT TO COMPETE this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement IN THE FUTURE.
