- Description
- Repair B660 Phase 2 at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Solicitation number FA4600-05-B-0007. The project is to replace an existing HVAC system with three new systems. One (1), three ton heat pump system to serve the building and two (2) redundant ceiling mounted CRAC units (7 tons) each with two redundant condensing units to serve a computer equipment room. The expected performance period for this project is approximately 60 calendar days. This solicitation will be issued as a competitive 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation issue date is on or about (O/A) 26 July 05; bid openings O/A 26 Aug 05. NAISC Code: 236220. Size Standard: $28.5 Million.
