- Repair Roof on building #44 at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Solicitation Number FA4600-05-B-9001. This project is to repair the roof on building #44; Contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the combined construction, including general, mechanical, and electrical work for the project as described in the Drawings and Project Manual. Performance period is 60 days. Solicitations will be issued as a competitive Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation issue date is yet to be determined; sealed offers will be due to 55th Contracting Squadron by 9:00am CST on 15 August 2005. NAICS Code: 236220 Size Standard $28.5M. Interested bidders are reminded that IAW DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registry, they must be registered to be eligible for award.
