Description

Solicitation RFP-797-NC-05-0024 for 10-Part Laboratory Specimen Labels is amended to extend the due date for offers until July 28, 2005 at the same time and place as indicated in the solicitation. This solicitation is also amended to change the Schedule of Supplies or Services as follows: Add to Item # 13. Solvents include alcohol and acetone. Item #18 Change to read Roll core size of 3" must be available. Change Item #19 to read temperatures ranging from -71 degrees Celsuis to +54 degrees Celsius. Add item #23. These labels may be placed on collection containers, which are given to patients to use. However, they will be empty and not contain body fluids at the time of dispensing the collection container to patients (e.g., urine tubes/cups to be used for collection in an outpatient setting).
