- Contractor shall provide a comprehensive equipment maintenance management program to include, but not be limited to, maintenance services, management of maintenance services, repair analysis, invoice validation, payment processing including cost overrun protection, technical assistance, statistical repair information and program training for the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS). Services may be required at any of the Outpatient Clinics under the auspices of responsibility of the Olin E. Teague Veterans Hospital, Temple, Texas. This solicitation is issued as a Simplified Acquisition under the authority of FAR 13.5 as commercial item in accordance with FAR 12. The RFQ is issued unrestricted. Applicable NAICS Codes 811219, with a size standard of $6M. Solicitation will be available on or about July 11, 2005. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any solicitation amendments.
