- The Department of Justice, Executive Office for the United States Attorney is seeking to establish a non-personal service contract for Community Resource Specialist services on behalf of the United States Attorney?s Office (USAO) for the Southern District of Indiana. The Contractor shall be responsible for the necessary planning, development, and coordination of the Southern District of Indiana?s Prisoner Reentry Program and implementing the Department of Justice?s Reentry Working Group initiatives to reduce crime, enhance public safety, and improve lives for ex-offenders and their families. These services will be performed in Indianapolis Indiana and will be required for a one year period. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASSIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS and the NAICS code is 561611. The Contractor personnel providing support services to the USAO must under go a background investigation prior to providing services. The solicitation number is RFQ-EOA28-5-0093. See ATTACHMENT for the following additional information: Instructions for completion of quotation package, Schedule of Commercial Services and Prices, Statement of Work and Federal Acquisition Regulation Clauses. Quotations will be evaluated in accordance with evaluation factors contained in the solicitation ?Evaluation Criteria?. All questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted via email to Patricia.Willett@usdoj.gov on or before 12:00 noon est., July 20, 2005. Quotes are due on Friday, July 29, 2005 at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. LATE Quotations will not be accepted. Quotes shall be sent via e-mail, courier, hand delivered or faxed to The Department of Justice, Executive Office for the U.S. Attorneys, 600 E Street, N.W., Suite 2400, Acquisition, Facilities and Support Services, Washington, D.C. 20530, Attn: Patricia Willett. You may fax your quote to (202) 616-6651 or e-mail to Patricia.Willett@usdoj.gov. Offerors shall ensure that the faxed quotes are LEGIBLE (min. 12pt font). All quotes shall reference: ? RFQ-EOA27-5-0089 on the front of the package/page. The request for quotations document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-25 Correction. The government may award the contract without discussions; therefore, offerors are instructed to submit their best offer initially.
