- SUPPLIES SOURCES SOUGHT. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), National Logistics Support Center (NLSC) has a commercial items requirement for seven (7) amplifiers, power unit, pedestal 1028888, (less Servo Amp Assembly, P/N 34636-5016), NSN: 5895-01-407-3791. The amplifiers must be in accordance with drawing 54636-1003-102, Rev. R and Parts List 54636-1003-101, Rev. E. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one known source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The company is DRS Surveillance Support Systems, 6200 118th Avenue North, Largo, FL 33773. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. In order to be considered, firms must furnish detailed information concerning their capability to provide this product. Such information shall include at a minimum: name; telephone number and point of contact; ability to provide the above referenced units and the names and telephone numbers of firms to whom this product or similar products have been previously provided. The Central Region Acquisition Division (CRAD), requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
