This instrument will be used for research to amplify primers for research on pathogen variability and host genetics. Minimum Requirements Specifications should meet or exceed the following: 1. Two blocks of 96 wells and two of 384 wells 2. Temperature range of 0 - 105 degrees centigrade 3. Temperature accuracy plus or minus 0.3 degrees centigrade 4.
