Origin inspection required, QAP 020 applies. This is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation and will result in Fixed Price with EPA, Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base and two (2) option years. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
