Quantity variance is plus or minus 0% .QAP 001 . Solicitation will be issued as 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned, other than full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This is a ?1Q? procurement. A surge requirement does not exist on this NSN: 6135-01-515-4260. The Government's required delivery schedule for this NSN is 151DARO for Stock.
