- AMENDMENT: RFP HAS BEEN CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY PR No. YPG05063000173: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1560-01-450-0476 for a Fairing, Aircraft. The OEM is The Boeing Company P/N 74A330835-1023 Cage 76301 with approved sources: Northrop Grumman, Cage 76823 and Essner, Cage 2B834. FOB Destination with I/A Destination. Requested Delivery is 270 DARO. DSCR request best delivery possible. Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The quantity is 190 each. QAP 007. The solicitation is issued to establish a Definite Quantity Contract Base Year with provisions for a 100% quantity option. Configuration Control and Critical Application Item apply. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. You must fill out a complete solicitation package in order to be evaluated. A letter offer is not acceptable unless you are quoting IAW a BOA. EBB quotations are not acceptable.
