- Request For Proposal (RFP) Solicitation for NSN 2840-01-212-4050, Blade Compressor, CFM International Inc., Cage 58828, for P/N P103P15 is the only approved source. The Government intends to incorporate subject PR for a qty of 2844 each to an existing contract FA8104-04-G-0001 awarded to CFM International Inc. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price type contract for this item. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Critical Application Item. Flight Safety Critical Aircraft Part (AF CSI). Confifuration Control Application. FMS Item. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. QAP E09 applies. Requested quantity is 2844 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
