This NSN is procured in accordance with CID NR A-A-58060, QAP 002 applies. This is an 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation and will result in Firm Fixed Price Contract. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
