Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The Offeror must submit a complete data package including an alternate part for evaluation. This is a 100 % Small Business-Set-aside, See Note 1. Quantity to-be-determined at the rate of 25-each in 100 days ADO and any balance to be delivered at the rate of 100-each every 30 days thereafter.
