- PR-No.: YPE05133000414, NSN 5985-00-374-7430, Switch Waveguide. The only approved source is (09080) Logus Manufacturing Corp. Part Number LM90CCFXX97-1. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The Offeror must submit a complete data package including an alternate part for evaluation. See Note 26. Quantity to be determined to be delivered at the rate of 16 EA in 100 days ADO, FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. Product Verification Testing applicable, this clause can be invoked upon the Cognizant Contract Administration office. Form DD254 required. All shipments are CONUS. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of July 28, 2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Adequate specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. This solicitation is unrestricted. Approved Source is Logus Mfg. Corp (09080). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
