Tech Data Proprietary, the Procurement agency has data adequate for evaluation purposes, but limited rights apply. The Offeror needs to provide only its data for evaluation release. See Note 26. Quantity to-be-determined at the rate of 63-each in 100 days ADO, FOB Destination and Inspection Acceptance Destination, and Other Than Full and Open Competition apply. See Note 26. All shipments are CONUS. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered.
