- NSN 5960-00-008-5284, IQC05164009195, Electron Tube. This acquisition is restricted to sources specified on the source control drawing (95542) DWG 956-076 type 0002 under the authority of 10 USC 2304( c ) (1),applicable to the item in the Procurement Item Description (PID). Only offerors which propose to supply the exact product of the approved sources will be considered for award. DSCC will not evaluate and approve alternate offers for this item. Offerors who are interested in qualifying their product for purposes of future acquisitions must contact the cognizant design activity specified on the source control drawing. Award of this solicitation will not be held pending qualification and approval of any product. If your product has been recently approved but not added to the list of approved sources cited in the source control drawing, a copy of the cognizant design activity?s letter of approval must be submitted with your offer. Approved sources are: Lexel Imaging (0HBH2); Northrop Grumman (95542) P/N 6956-076-0002. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one base plus up to four optional years. Estimated annual demand is 12 each. Deliver 3 per month beginning 240 days. FOB origin to various Conus locations. Prices are requested for quantity ranges of 1-4; 5-8; and 9-12. Note 26 apply(s). The solicitation will not be available until the issue date of July 29, 2005 and only on FedBizOpps. The drawing is for reference only and a complete package cannot be provided by the government. The solicitation is not set aside for small business or any other socio-economic program.
