- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 06MDN0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 are applicable to this procurement. 01 Annual Awards Banquet as follows: Qty Hotel Rooms on Friday, 04 November 2005 120 rooms 02 Hotel Rooms on Saturday, 05 Nov 2005 170 rooms 03 Banquet Meals, Saturday, 05 Nov 2005 150 each (Chicken dinners) 04 Coffee & Tea on Saturday morning, 05Nov05 20 gallons (10 gallons ? coffee; 10 gallons ? tea) 05 10 x 10 Screen for Audiovisual presentation(s) 1 each with Wired Microphone 1 each Government reference location: Naval Recruiting District Nashville, TN Interested vendors must submit offers no later than 28 July 2005 in order to be considered.
