Description

The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region intends to issue a sole-source purchase order with the Zuni Cultural Resource Enterprise, 22 B Avenue, Zuni, New Mexico 87327-1149 to employ ethnographic methods to elicit information regarding Traditional Cultural Properties (TCPs) from Zuni elders and other knowledgeable tribal members and also employ archaeological methods to identify other cultural resources that are perceived by the Zuni to be TCPs. The TCPs will be ground-truthed and mapped in detail with use of Global Information Systems database technology. The work is located in Zuni, New Mexico. The work will be performed under NAICS Code 712120. The purchase order is a firm-fixed price services. The period of performance is one calendar year. All interested parties must respond with five (5) calendar days of the appearance of this notice in FedBizOpps. To be considered, interested offerors must submit technical literature describing their capability to service this requirement as well as terms and conditions and a complete price quote within 5 days of this notice to the Contracting Officer listed above. No solicitation exists and requests for a copy of the solicitation will be ignored unless a solicitation is subsequently issued. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered if submitted within five (5) calendar days of this notice in FedBizOpps. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If such a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor and all firms that respond to the synopsis or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. Prospective vendors must register in CCR prior to the award of a contract.
