- ACA, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lewis, Washington is soliciting for proposals to award a firm fixed price contract for Stryker Brigade Advanced Skills Center Trainer to support the Stryker Brigade Training program at Fort Lewis, Washington. PER IOD OF PERFORMANCE: 01 September 2005 through 31 August 2006 for a base year plus four one-year option periods. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, material and equipment to perform all work incidental to provide direction, ov ersight, and training consistent with the doctrine and philosophies for the Stryker Brigade training program at Fort Lewis, Washington. A complete description is provided in the Performance Work Statement which will be posted on the Directorate of Contract ing, Fort Lewis, WA website. The procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is W911S8-05-R-0037. The applicable NAICS code is 611430 and the small business size standard is $6 Million. Telephonic requests for th e solicitation will not be honored. All requests for the solicitation must be emailed to the following individuals: olive.m.lenney@lewis.army.mil and wanda.reed@lewis.army.mil, providing Dun & Bradstreet number and CAGE Code. When issued, the solicitation will be available by downloading from our web site at http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc under Solicitations after the estimated date of release. The estimated issue date is July 11, 2005 and the anticipated closing date is August 10, 2005. After release of the solicitation a preproposal conference is scheduled for July 21, 2005 at 10:00:00 AM. Which is at the expense of the attendees. Prospective offerors are urged to attend and submit any questions they may have in advance in writing to Olive Lenney and Wanda Reed via email olive.m.lenney@lewis.army.mil and wanda.reed@lewis.army.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.
