In the event the contractor is selected for and executes this important assignment, will they be able prohibited from competing in any future Kosovo defense or civil sector transformation/reform engagements that may be funded by DoD or DoS to further s tability in the region? Unfortunately, by regulation, a company can NOT bid/propose on anything they have recommended for procurement.
