- AMENDMENT BEING ISSUED TO ADVISE VENDORS TO CONTACT THE PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT/CONTRACTING OFFICER AT peggy.jewett@gsa.gov, IF INTERESTED IN RECEIVING, VIA E-MAIL, THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, PRICE PROPOSAL, REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS AND FAR 52.212-5, CONTRACT TERMS. FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM AS PRESENTLY SET UP, WILL NOT ALLOW UPLOAD OF THESE DOCUMENTS. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-03. The NAICS is 541611 and the Small Business Size Standard is $5 million. CLAUSES/PROVISIONS: This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available. Also, the full text of a solicitation provision may be accessed electronic at this address: http://www.arnet.gov. The following FAR provisions apply to this solicitation: 1. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers-Commercial; 2. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items; 3. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial, Offer Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, (NOTE - offers are to submit completed copy with their offer, clause is attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation); 4. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items; 5. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. EVALUATION: FAR 52.212-2 -- EVALUATION -COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
