Description

The USA CECOM Acquisition Center-Washington proposes to award a contract to Electronic Warfare Associates on a sole source basis for development of a preliminary design for a Modification Work Order to support a more compact footprint for the All Sou rce Analysis System (ASAS) Block II Analysis and Control Element (ACE) shelters. The ASAS ACE currently consists of Support Vehicle, three S-788 shelters, each mounted on a M-1113 HMMWV (two Fusion Cells and a Support Shelter) with a 15 KW Generator and t hree Cargo Trailers in tow. Two Communication Control Sets (CCS) support the ASAS ACE. The resulting contract will be Cost-Plus Fixed Fee.
