Description

The General Services Administration, Hardware SuperStore intends to issue a formal solicitation for Federal Stock Class 5120 Miscellaneous Hand Tools. The solicitation will result in a two year Requirements Term Contract, Indefinite Quantity Fixed Price contract with three one-year options with initial base period of December 1, 2003 through November 30, 2005 (the contract period is subject to change). This solicitation will contain requirements for fifty-one (51) National Stock Numbers. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment clause. Delivery will be FOB destination within 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. The government would like to establish a 30-day delivery time frame. The solicitation will be advertised and available on FedBizOps on or about July 1, 2003. Award will be made to t he lowest responsive/responsible bidder whose bid conforms to ALL of the solicitation requirements. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-JUN-2003).
