- Arcata Associates, Inc (Arcata/UNITeS); in support of the Unified NASA Information Technology Services (UNITeS) Prime Contract, intends to negotiate on a sole source emergency basis only with Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) covering Phase III implementation of the Design and Data Management System (DDMS) Inter-Center Collaboration Project- collectively referred to as Code M Collaboration. Arcata Associates, Inc. intends to acquire these commercial services using FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation as proposals are being requested per the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) which is located in the attached WORD file, along with Arcata/UNITeS Part I and Part II Terms and Conditions, SOW v.1.0, and Representations and Certifications; all of which are deemed the solicitation package. Interested firms have until 14 July 2005 4:00 PM CDST to submit in writing to the identified point of contact a response to the RFQ and all associated paperwork per the special instructions contained in the RFQ. Responses received after 16 June 2005 4:00 PM CDST without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis/solicitation and will not be considered. A determination by Arcata Associates, Inc. to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of Arcata Associates, Inc It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this Internet site for the release of any amendments, and clarifying questions and answers.
