- CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADE OF THE THURGOOD MARSHALL U.S. COURTHOUSE. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 9:30 a.m. at the Thurgood Marshall U.S. Courthouse, 40 Centre Street, Room 307, New York, NY. This Conference is being held to provide an opportunity for all interested firms to discuss the nature of the work, and to answer any questions concerning the project, as well as to discuss roles and responsibilities, and the Stage 1 proposal submission requirements, etc. If your firm wishes to attend this conference, please contact Ms. Joan Ryan at 212-264-7469 or Ms. Winnie Eng at 212-264-2575 by no later than 12:00 p.m., Monday July 11, 2005. You may also respond by sending an email to joan.ryan@gsa.gov and/or winnie.eng@gsa.gov. You will be required to submit the name and title of all individuals who will be representing your firm at this conference. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CELL PHONES AND CAMERAS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INTO THE COURTHOUSE AND MUST BE CHECKED INTO SECURITY BEFORE ENTERING THE BUILDING.
