- Description
- This is a presolicitation notice for a definite requirments contract for 3 plastic bag products. It should be noted that this procurement is 100% set aside for qualified Hub Zone firms only. The procurement will be FOB Destination to the GSA wherehouses in Sharpe,CA and Burlington, NJ. The awardee will receive purchase orders every quarter period through the year. Pricing will run quarterly in re to EPA Clause I-FSS-396C which tracks resin pricing through Plastics News Magazine. A base resin will be established at time of award and pricing will either increase or decrease according to the resin pricing. The contract will be for a 1 year period 9/1/05- 8/31/06 with a 1 year option to extend.
