- In support of the U.S. Naval Hospital Guam, the Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound is soliciting a firm fixed price supply type contract for the supply of medical laboratory test reagents and various other lab supplies. This acquisition will be procured on a sole source basis per FAR 6.302 to the following manufacturers: Abbott Laboratories, Fischer Scientific, Accra, Becton Dickson, Brand, AJP Scientific, Tissuepath, Perspma Exact ans Saskura. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that shall be considered by FISCPS. This procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5. Multiple delivery schedules are required per line item. There are various hazardous, perishable, refrigerated, and shelf life requirements for some/all line items. Door-to-door shipping direct to Guam Hospital (FOB Destination) or delivery to Tracy, CA, 95376 (FOB Destination), is required and the schedule is specified in the delivery schedule of the solicitation. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Electronic submission of quotes is not available at this time.
