- Description
- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department intends to acquire 10 each, 20 feet diameter, satellite antennas to be installed at Hat Creek Observatory in California. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with the SETI Institute as part of the Allen Telescope Array (ATA) project, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 The SETI Institute is the only known provider of these supplies for the ATA. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A firm fixed price contact will be awarded as a result of this quotation. This requirement is in support of the U.S. Naval Observatory, Washington, DC. Any interest or concerns must be directed to FISC Philadelphia Division Contracting Department, Re: N6228505RCW0028, Code 204.12D no later than 12 July 2005 Attn: Luis Aymerich. Note 22 applies.
