- Synopsis for N00164-05-R-8954, for acquisition of SLE Single Board Computer, Trenton Technology P/N 5891-407-1024M. The SLE Single Board Computers are used to support the Navy?s shipboard backfit requirements of the Battle Force Tactical Trainer (BFTT) Electronic Warfare Trainer (BEWT) on AN/USQ-T47(V) in LPD, CVN, LHD, DDG, and CG class ships. Quantity, Part Number and Description for this procurement is as follows: 200 Each, Trenton Technology P/N 5891-407-1024M- The SLE Single Board Computer has dual Intel ? Pentium ? III processors (at 600EBMHz- 1.26GHz) with SDRAM memory; includes dual Ethernet, Ultra 3 SCSI, a 133MHz FSB and a 64-bit/66MHz PCI Local Bus on-board. The contract for this commercial procurement will be a firm fixed price contract for current FY requirements. Solicitation N00164-05-R-8954 will be issued on a sole source basis to Trenton Technology, Inc, 1001 Broad Street, Utica NY 13501-1150. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, it has been determined Government?s requirement for the supplies can only be met by one manufacturer?s product. No other product is capable of satisfying agency requirements. Trenton Technology Inc is the only manufacturer whose part has been tested and approved by the Government as part of the Navy Battle Force Tactical Trainer System.
