- Solicitation No. W81XWH-05-T-0593 will be issued on or about 8 July 2005 and proposals will be due on or about 13 July 2005 at 4:30 p.m. EST. The Government requirement is for toxocilogy studies for two malaria vaccine antigens for the Walter Reed A rmy Institute of Research in Silver Spring, MD. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 541710 with a size standard not to exceed 500 employees. This will be 100% small business set-aside. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view, download, and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 8 July 2005 on ASFI (Army Single Face to Industry). In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registation (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov. A Commercial Firm-Fi xed-Price or Labor Hour purchase order is planned.
