- CONTACT John Tay, Electronic Engineer, (732) 427-4707. This is a Market Survey to locate sources of supply for Amplifier, Audio Frequency, AM-1780C/VRC, P/O: AN/VIC-1, Vehicular Intercommunications System (VIS). National Stock Number/Part Number: 599 6-01-520-5679/A3302700. This is a 5 years IDIQ with First Article Test for those companies not already qualified. The only known past qualified producer is Unicor/Star Dynamic corp. Suppliers capable of furnishing this item must so indicate by writing to: Commander, CE-LCMC, Attn: AMSEL-LC-COM-R-VI, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey 07703-5023. The response must include documentation (e.g. test results, copy of purchase order (if the supplier was a vendor to the previous source (Unicor/Star Dynamic Corp.)), or a s tatement from the previous source that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Amplifier, Audio Frequency, that will be form, fit, physically, and functionally interchangeable with the Amplifier, Audio Frequency, AM-1780C/VRC from the previously known suppli er (Unicor/Star Dynamic Corp). Successful supplier will be required to warrant that the Amplifier, Audio Frequency, AM-1780C/VRC supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Government and be delivered on time.
