- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard at F.S. Gabreski Airport in Westhampton Beach New York is in need of three (3) Wave Runners 2005 Yamaha FX-1100A 160HP or equal. This will also include one (1) four-place trailer with electric brake s, galvanized/sub light. Descriptive literature and specifications are required with your offer. Delivery is FOB destination and is to be delivered to the 106th RQW, Westhampton Beach, New York, within 60 days after award. This solicitation number W912PQ- 05-T-0021 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04, effective 8 June 2005. This procurement is a small business set aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 441222 and the size standard is 500 employees. Award shall be based on the lowest price and technically acceptable proposal. Proposals will require a minimum acceptance period of 90 calendar days. A bid allowing less than the Governments minimum acce ptance period will be rejected.
