- This is synopsis is for an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity for Snubber Guage applicable to the AIM-9 Launcher. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Buyer requests that this contract cover a period of four years for order from date of issuance of contract. Maximum contract quantity is 132. Initial contract order is 12 each (includes 1 First Article). Contract order minimum for each out year is 1 each and the maximum order is 40 each. Item 0001AA: First Article requirement: NSN: 4935-00-894-7302AB; NOUN: Snubber Guage; P/N: 65C17197; QUANTITY: 1 each; MATERIAL: MATERIAL: Steel bar, QQ-T-570, and Aluminum alloy rod, QQ-A-0022516.; FUNCTION: Used to test and adjust aft snubber cams. DELIVERY: 220 days after receipt of order. First Article required for contractors who have not provided production quantities of the same item within the last 36 months. Item 0001AB: Production: DELIVERY: 11 each 120 days after approval of First Article. Item 0002: Production, No First Article Required. NSN: 4935-00-894-7302AB; NOUN: Snubber Guage; P/N: 65C17197; QUANTITY: 12 each; MATERIAL: MATERIAL: Steel bar, QQ-T-570, and Aluminum alloy rod, QQ-A-0022516; FUNCTION: Used to test and adjust aft snubber cams. DELIVERY: 120 days after receipt of order. The approximate RFQ issued date will be 5 July 2005 with the approximate response date of 25 July 2005. RFQ will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor will be acceptable. This procurement will use the Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) In Past Performance Evaluation Program in the evaluation of past performance. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. See Notes 1, 26.
