- Description
- Basic three year period indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to perform built up roof repairs, mainly by replacement, at Hill Air Force Base, Little Mountain, and the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR). Delivery Orders will be issued on an as needed basis. The first delivery order will be negotiated with the successful contractor and awarded at the same time as the basic contract. The contractor will be guaranteed a minimum of $2,500.00 over the life of the contract. The maximum the government shall order over the life of the contract is $5,000,000.00. A bid bond of $100,000.00 is required with the bid. A performance bond of $500,00.00 and a payment bond of $500,000.00 is required from the successful contractor after award. If the total amount of the delivery orders exceed $500,000.00 additional bonding may be required. The built-up roof manufacturer certification (submittal number 1) is a qualification to bid this contract. Submittal No. 1 shall be executed and included with the bid proposal to the Air Force. There will be multiple wage determinations applicable to this solicitation. A pre-bid conference will be held 3 August 2005, 8:30 A.M., in Building 1289 NE, 75 CONS Main Conference Room. Performance period is 3 years after date of contract award. ATTENTION: Contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DOD activity. APPROXIMATE ISSUE DATE: 20 July 2005
