- Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo Texas, requires a contract for Custom classroom cabinets at Building 900, Goodfellow AFB, TX. Services include the manufacture and installation of custom classroom cabinets in accordace with the attached Statements of Work and Drawings. Unit prices are per cabinet. The period of performance will be 90 calendar days. Offerors shall bid on all items in order to be considered responsive. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures Test Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337211 (Cabinets, wood office-type, freestanding manufacturing), the size standard 500 employees. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov prior to award. Offerors are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award. Release of the RFQ will be via the Internet. Interested parties may download the RFQ upon its issuance from the following website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 08 Jul 05. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
