- Aerobics Instructional Classes: 1 OCT 2005 to 30 Sep 2006 with 2 option years. Contractor shall instruct 11 weeks of aerobic exercise. Must offer a well rounded program consisting of at least 6 floor/step aerobic classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1100 to 1200 and 1700 to 1800 hours. The remainder of the classes may consist of spinning, kickboxing, circuit training, aquatics, body pump, "abs" class, group strength training, dance or additional floor/step aerobics classes and will be taught at 1100 to 1200 and 1700 to 1800 Tuesday and Thursday and 1500 to 1700 on Mondays. See statement of work attached to solicitation for more details. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NO LONGER BE POSTED ON EPS AND WILL BE SET-ASIDE FOR 8(a) SMALL BUSINESS.
