Description

Notice of Intent to award an 8(a) Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract for the Renovation of Room BB16, Bldg 500, Offutt AFB, NE to J & P Enterprises, 1202 Rushmore Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80910-2023. This procurement is to demolish existing ceilings, lights, flooring, electrical, computer network, telecommunications systems, and ductwork. The contractor will be responsible to construct the new interior to SCIF requirements. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award this Firm Fixed Price contract to this 8(a) firm on a sole source basis IAW FAR 19.800(b). The estimated range is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00.
