- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Lebanon VA Medical Center is seeking proposals for laundry services. Businesses must have the ability to provide laundry services for approximately 61,000 pounds of soiled linens per month, 1,200 uniforms per month, 3,600 pieces of patient clothing per month, and 7,200 pieces of surgical linens per month. Services shall include pick-up and delivery five (5) times per week (Monday-Friday) and a turnaround time of forty-eight (48) to seventy-two hours (72). The Lebanon VAMC intends to award a firm-fixed price one year contract with four (4) option years. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS Code is 812331 Linen Supply with a small business size standard of $12 million. Solicitation documents will be available in electronic and hard copy formats.
