Description: Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools and labor for construction of a two-story medical clinic addition to the existing Cheyenne VA Hospital. The addition will house physical and occupational therapy facilities on the first floor, and examination and treatment facilities on the second floor. The building will be constructed of a cast in place, reinforced concrete structural frame founded on concrete pads and grade beams. The floor will be concrete slab-on-grade and the second floor and roof will be reinforced cast in place concrete. Cost range is 1 - 2 Million - NAICS 236220. A site visit is scheduled for July 18, 2005 at 1pm - Building 11. Bids due August 5, 2005 at 2pm - Building 4.
