Description

The Government intends to award a contract for radiology services for East Point Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), located at 1513 Cleveland Avenue, East Point, GA, to South Fulton Medical Center (SFMC). Contract is for radiologic services to include but not limited to the following CPT codes: 70220,70250,71020, 71100,71110,72020,72100,72170,72220, 73000,73030,7306 ,73070,73090,73110, 73130,73140,73510,73550,73560,73590, 73610,73630,736 0,74000,74010,77000. NAICS code is 621512. Anticipate clinic will initially service 2500 patients but when fully operation will ramp up to 7500 patient. Clinic is anticipated to start O/A 8/1/05 and award for radiology service is anticipated to start at this time as well, 8/1/05. The VA will pay no more that the applicable CPT Medicare rate but very often receives a discount to medicare. Any bidder wishing to dispute or compete for this award must be able to provide services within three miles of the clinic, be American Registry of Radiology Technician (ARRT) certified, and be licensed to operate a radiology unit in the state of Georgia.
