- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a sole source requirement to procure services from IBM. IBM will perform a detailed follow-on assessment of the Federal-aid and Federal Lands Highway (FLH) programs to determine the methodology and criteria for calculating the accrual amount for the year end financial statements that has been done in FYs 2003 and 2004. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is on or about July 20, 2005.
