- Description
- The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to solicit and negotiates, on a sole source basis, with Gallery Watch, 229 ? Pennsylvania Ave., SE, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20003 under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. The NIH has a requirement for Legislative Tracking System. This shall includes, but is not limited to, coverage of congressional committee, news and detailed schedules, explanations of complex bills, comparison of bills in various committees, archived data, updated profiles of Members of Congress, and advanced web functions for global searching and research. The NAICS Code is 519190. Interested parties may identify their capabilities by responding to this notice or by submitting a proposal. This is a notice of intent and not a request for proposals. Information furnished shall include enough detail information to allow the government to perform a proper evaluation. Respondents will not be notified of the evaluation results. Responses by Facsimile (Fax) will not be accepted. All vendors/prospective contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor?s Registration (www.ccr.gov) prior to award date. If not registered or active by that date, vendor proposals will be considered non-responsive.
