Description

It is the intent of the National Libary of Medicine (NLM), National Institutes of Health (NIH), to procure professional services on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-3, from iTRACS Corporation, Three Westbrook Corporate Center, Suite 500, Westchester, Illinois 60154. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire the following: iTRACS iDiscover V 7.1; and Platinum Maintenance Plan for full service and 24x7 help desk support. Sole Source Justification is based on iTRACS created iDiscover and they are the only source available. The iTRACS Corporation is the only source available that supports this software. This proposed acquisition will be procured under FAR Part 12--Acquisition of Commercial Items. This is not a request for Quotations (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available. However, all interested parties may submit a capabilities statement which will be considered by the NLM. The capabilities statement should demonstrate that the interested party is able to provide the professional technical services as specified above.
